Sorting Automate

Our sorting automate was developed for checking and sorting any circular objects. Beside the precise measurement of the inside diameter, color and surface can be checked.

The automat is fed by a shaker with the pieces to be tested, which now are sorted into three classes of quality:

• »good«
• »bad«
• »rework«

With product databases different types of test pieces can be managed and your employees can switch easily between them. A graphical user interface on a small monitor guides the operator through all the necessary steps.

Currently our automate is mainly used for checking sealing rings.
